Do You still accept orders?
Yes, we still accept new order even same day delivery, please place your order on our web site , order confirmation will be send to you by email and SMS, we will follow your selected time slot to arrange delivery

Can I pay by Credit Card ?
Yes, we accept VISA / MasterCard  / Paypal. We prefer you pay by credit card for instant order processing.

How much for the delivery charge ?
For delivery charge, please refer to the checkout page, it will show the total amount and delivery charge before you process payment.

Will I get notify once my girlfriend receive the flowers ?
Yes, delivery confirmation will send to you by email, SMS and Whatsapp, we will try our best to inform you within 30 minutes after delivery due to large volume of orders.

Can I change the delivery address or date of delivery ?
Yes. You can change the delivery details one day before delivery, just reply the order confirmation email with your request, we will update for you ASAP.
